His background includes leading end-to-end technology operations in a complex remote enterprise environment—covering networks, servers, cloud-connected services, Microsoft 365, identity, cybersecurity, telecommunications, backups, disaster recovery, business-critical systems and operational technology.
Alongside the technical responsibility, Alan has led and developed support teams, managed budgets and CAPEX/OPEX, coordinated multiple concurrent projects, negotiated with vendors and MSPs, built policies and procedures, and translated business requirements into secure, scalable and supportable technology outcomes.
