4. Access and service arrangements

Remote user support and approved remote-management tools may be used for authorised systems and users. Approved unattended access may be configured for servers and managed devices where required. Credentials may be handled through approved encrypted password-management and credential-vault processes. Request a separate discussion about 24/7 standby or after-hours emergency arrangements.
