I accept the standard rate of $125 per hour and, where expressly requested and accepted, the after-hours/weekend/public-holiday emergency rate of $195 per hour. Approved expenses and third-party costs may be additional. I confirm that I am authorised to request the work and accept the Master IT Services Agreement and SLA.
